FROM MASS PIKE WEST (Boston)

1) Take Mass Pike West to Exit 15 (Routes 128/95 and 30)

2) After the toll booth, the road will fork.  Bear left, follow signs to Route 30.

3) At the top of the ramp, turn right at the stop sign.

4) At the first set of lights, turn right onto Route 30 East.

5) At the next set of lights, turn left onto River Rd.  Do not get back onto the Mass Pike.

6) Follow River Rd. for 1 mile to Watermill Center which is on your right.  Turn into the office park and park in the parking garage (no charge) or in the lot.

FROM THE MASS PIKE EAST (From Framingham / Natick)

1) Take the Mass Pike East to Exit 14 (Route 128 (I-95) and Route 30)

2) After the toll booth, follow the signs for 'Maine/NH/Route 128/I-95 North'

3) Take Exit 24, Route 30, Newton / Wayland

4) At the top of the ramp there will be a stop sign.  Turn left onto Route 30.

5) Move into the far right lane and bear right at the first set of traffic lights onto River Rd.  Do not get back onto the Mass Pike.

6) Follow from #6 above.

FROM ROUTE 128 GOING SOUTH (From Peabody / Burlington)

1) Take 128 South to Exit 24 (Route 30 Newton / Wayland)

2) The exit ramp will fork.  Bear left and go straight through the traffic lights onto Rover Rd.  Do not go onto the Mass Pike.

3) Follow from #6 above.

FROM ROUTE 128 GOING NOTH (From Quincy / Braintree)

1) Take multiple Exit 25, 24, 23 and turn right onto Exit 24 (Route 30, Newton / Wayland)

2) At the top of the ramp there will be a stop light.  Turn left onto Route 30

3) Move into the far right land and bear right at the first set of traffic lights onto river Rd.  Do not go onto the Mass Pike.

4) Follow from #6 above.
