Why train with Emma? She will make your programme fun and varied to keep you coming back for more. Each workout will be different from the last, using creative ways to hit all the right muscle groups and energy systems to give you a workout to remember.
Emma teaches classes in Pilates, Barre and indoor cycling as well as coaching on a one to one level. She brings elements of her varied teaching experience into her programmes to give you a fully rounded experience.

Specialising in movement based, truly “personal” training, Emma is passionate about helping people move well in order to live well.

Emma began her own fitness journey through her passion for snowboarding.  Following the rehabilitation of a knee injury, Emma realised the importance of maintaining a strong, healthy body in order to continue doing the things she loves.

"I came into the fitness industry following an injury sustained snowboarding.

Seeing the changes I could make to my own body through perseverance and the right kind of training, I developed a desire to learn more and share my knowledge with others."


Having spent 10 winters living in the French Alpes, Emma decided to move back to the UK in 2010 to retrain as a fitness instructor in order to share her passion for movement and wellbeing.

Moving from Bude, via Hossegor, France, Emma worked in the cutting edge London fitness scene from 2012 - 2016. Teaching dynamic reformer Pilates, indoor cycling and mat Pilates as well as one to one personal training in some of London's most exclusive establishments. In 2016, Emma moved back to Bude, to the ocean, the big skies and fresh air to continue on her own journey.   

Having grown her business from just an idea to what it is today, Emma has built a loyal client base and a reputation as a knowledgable and motivational trainer.

Emma has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her clients. She is continuing her own education with Faster Global and currently training to become a mentor to newly qualified personal trainers.

The fitness industry is still very young and new research is being carried out all the time into what works and what doesn’t.

I don’t believe in following fads or fitness gurus but in providing truly personalised training with a rationale behind every exercise.”
