Emma began her own fitness journey through her passion for snowboarding.  Following the rehabilitation of a knee injury, Emma realised the importance of maintaining a strong, healthy body in order to continue doing the things she loves.

Having spent 10 winters living in the French Alpes, Emma decided to move back to the UK in 2010 to retrain as a fitness instructor in order to share her passion for movement and wellbeing.

Mission Statement:

To educate and inspire people to lead healthy, happy, long lives through love of movement.

Emma has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her clients. Moving from Bude, Cornwall via Hossegor, France, Emma worked in the cutting edge London fitness scene from 2012 - 2016.  Teaching dynamic reformer Pilates, indoor cycling and mat Pilates as well as one to one personal training in some of London's most exclusive establishments.

In 2016, Emma moved back to Bude, to the ocean, the big skies and fresh air to continue on her own journey.

Having grown her business from just an idea to what it is today, Emma has built a loyal client base and a reputation as a knowledgable and motivational trainer.

Specialising in movement based training, Emma is passionate about helping people move well in order to live well.

"I came into the fitness industry following an injury sustained snowboarding.

Seeing the changes I could make to my own body through perseverance and the right kind of training, I developed a desire to learn more and share my knowledge with others."
